Hydrogen Fittings by Volz
)
Hydrogen requires ultra-sensitive handling due to its small molecular size and high flammability.
Our VH₂ cutting-ring fittings are engineered to ensure micromolecular integrity—delivering leak-free performance and maximum system reliability.
Manufactured in-house in Germany from high-grade 316Ti stainless steel, they are available for tube diameters from 6 to 16 mm and support the following connection standards:
DIN 2353, ISO 8434‑1 / 1179‑4 / 3852, and ANSI B1.20.1.
Designed for H₂ Infrastructure
Volz VH₂ fittings deliver robust performance across the entire hydrogen value chain:
- Refueling Stations
Secure connections and leak-tight operation under dynamic pressure peaks. - Transport & Storage
Hydrogen trailers and pressure vessels remain sealed with proven, high-integrity fittings. - Electrolyzers & Compressors
Reliable integration under fluctuating pressures and temperatures. - Fuel Cell Systems
Supporting system longevity and operational safety through precise, durable connections.
