We are proud to introduce the first prototypes of our CC-4000 high-voltage boost inverter – developed to drive our ultra-high-speed fuel cell air compressors in medium- and heavy-duty fuel cell systems.
🔋 What makes the CC-4000 stand out?
- Ultra-compact design: delivering >25 kW continuous power in a footprint of just 291 x 246 x 78 mm – that’s a power density of 4.7 kW per liter.
- Integrated boost front-end: ensures maximum inverter output voltage (800 Vpk) across the full HV range (250–920 V DC).
- Full power without derating: >25 kW continuous compressor power available from 520 V DC.
- Efficient system integration: reduced phase currents and only 6 mm² motor cables at 25 kW.
- Robust & versatile: sensorless PMSM speed control up to 140,000 rpm, IP67/IP6K9K protection, and CAN interface.
The CC-4000 combines maximum performance and compactness – specifically designed and optimized for the demands of modern fuel cell applications in automotive, marine, and stationary systems.
