Leading the charge in the energy transition, Ador Group enters the Green Hydrogen ecosystem with the introduction of Yonder H2 – a brand specializing in DC Power Sources for Hydrogen Electrolysers.
Established in 1908, the Ador Group focused on the infrastructure sectors participating in core industrial sectors such as Welding Equipment, Power Electronics for pollution control solutions as well as defence industry applications, and Battery Formation & Testing Equipment. In 2020 Ador also launched a comprehensive range of EV fast charging technology. The group has been involved in the hydrogen sector since the 1980s but has now created a strategic business unit – ‘Yonder’, dedicated to developing power electronics technology for the energy transition.
Yonder offers cutting-edge power conversion systems for hydrogen generation, ranging from thyristor and diode-based rectifiers (6/12/24 pulse) to modern IGBT and SiC-based rectifiers. Yonder power conversion units effectively integrate Alkaline, PEM, SOEC, and AEM electrolysers with conventional and renewable power. The company’s in-house transformer manufacturing competency positions it as an end-to-end power conversion solutions provider.
