Over 17 years, worked in the PLM and Aerospace area in different functions (IT, Engineering, Quality) and roles (PLM Consultant, Head of Department, Project Manager, Release Train Engineer, Solution Train Engineer, Quality Auditor, Portfolio Leader, DMU Integrator) within Airbus Commercial.
Was in integral part of many interesting project cross Process, Methods and Tools in PLM like Lean PLM for Single Aisle, Delmia for A350, End to End bounding measurement for A350, Catia V5 introduction to A380 program, Business operational support for Risk share partner.
Managed and leaded cross–continent, cross-country, multi-cultural teams with Germany, France, UK and India with the agile/Safe and digital transformation for Airbus.
Lars joined Dassault Systemes 01.07.2023 and is now leading the Aerospace and Defense Industry team for Central Europe.
He is leading the strategic direction for Aerospace und Defence End2End 3DExerience solution for Central Europe.
Lars Herzog earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Kassel.
