Lydia Vogt

Head of Strategic Development Hydrogen Technologies, German Institute for Standardization DIN e. V.
Dr. Lydia Vogt is the Head of Strategic Development Hydrogen Technologies at the German Institute for Standardisation (DIN e. V.). She is responsible for the coordination of standardisation activities in the field of hydrogen in close coordination with relevant stakeholders on national, European and international level. Lydia is project leader of the joint project „Standardisation Roadmap Hydrogen Technologies“ funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Goal of the project is to develop a strategic roadmap together with experts from from industry, research, politics and civil society for a rapid and purposeful adaptation of technical regulations in the field of hydrogen technologies. Lydia has a masters in Chemistry and a PhD in the field of catalysis with focus on the production of hydrogen from energy carriers such as methanol or ammonia.
