The Person: Silke Frank Silke Frank is #MissHydrogen. With over 22 years of experience in the hydrogen industry, she is one of Germany’s leading experts in the field. Silke Frank has built her expertise in event management and brand development from the ground up and has organized numerous (hydrogen-related) events across the globe. Under her leadership, tens of thousands of people have been “infotained” on the topic of Hydrogen – through interactive webinars as well as live expert Moderations, Keynotes and Workshops at events.
Silke Frank maintains a trusted, long-standing H2 network built on personal Relationships. She is an empathetic Communication Expert and has a keen matchmaking eye for recognizing Business Opportunities.

The Entrepreneur: Hydrogen Moves GmbH – PRODUCT-MARKET-FIT In May 2022, Silke Frank founded Hydrogen Moves. True to the company’s motto “Push the Market!”, she and her team drive Hydrogen Success for their clients. “Hydrogen Moves supports companies in transitioning from advanced product development (TRL 7-9) to successful market penetration,” is how the HyMo team defines its Mission. The company brings together three essential components: strategic market Consulting, a high-level Network, and market Entry with strong Communications.
The President: Leading Representative of the German Hydrogen Association (DWV) Since February 2025, Silke Frank has served at the Federal Level as President of the German Hydrogen Association (DWV). She was elected to the supervisory board for her third term by the members, following two previous terms as Vice President from December 2020 to February 2025. Her focus areas within DWV include representation, communication, collaboration with other associations, member engagement, and sales. www.dwv-info.de
The Private Person: At Home in the Peaceful Hills of Berglen Married since 2012, mother of two Sons (born in 2015 and 2019). Balance in life comes from: family, music, gardening, being close to nature, reading, and enjoying wine.
