Dr. Sven Hoog holds the position of Deputy Projects Director at Fichtner GmbH, located at the branch office in Hamburg. He has gained wide-ranging experience in the fields of oil, gas and offshore wind technologies; sub-sea cable laying; subsea production; autonomous underwater vehicles; swarm
technology; liquid gas trans shipment systems (LNG, LPG, LH2, LCO2, LNH3); renewable energies; and sector coupling. He was deputy project manager for the LNG Terminal Stade basic design and is currently Fichtner PM for the CO2 related CCS project GEOSTOR, funded by the German Government. He has lectured at the Technical University of Hamburg, was involved in numerous papers presented at German and international conferences and has successfully filed several European patent applications.
